Couples below 18 years of age are not permitted to stay at the property.
All guests must present a valid Government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence and Voter ID.
Barefoot Bliss reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.
Additional guests beyond the room's standard occupancy will be charged ₹1,000 per person per night, subject to room capacity.
All reservations are subject to room availability.
Guests will be liable for any damage caused to the resort property or its amenities during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement of any damaged or missing items may be charged accordingly.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: 1:00 PM.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
Guests are requested to inform the resort in advance in case of late arrivals.
Requests for early arrivals or extended departures will be accommodated subject to availability.
Swimming Pool Policy
Pool Timings: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Only appropriate nylon swimwear is permitted while using the swimming pool.
Guests are requested to follow all pool safety guidelines.
Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.
Management reserves the right to restrict pool access if safety guidelines are not followed.
Visitor & Pet Policy
Outside visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted on the resort premises or inside guest rooms.
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Guests will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date.
No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
No refund for no-shows.
No refund for early departures.
Eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
Room rates, offers, taxes and fees are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable government taxes will be charged as required by law.
Barefoot Bliss Resort shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, power outages or other unforeseen circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
Barefoot Bliss reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
